A word about the Fat Burn Heart Rate

The fat burn heart rate is the heart rate in which your body burns fat most effectively.
When your body reaches and stays at the fat burn heart rate range it is burning fat every minute of your workout.
The fat burn heart rate is at about 75%-85% of your maximum heart rate which is calculated as follows:
200 - age = max heart rate
Fat burn heart rate is what you need to achieve in order to really lose fat when working out
Conclusion: You should always monitor your heart rate and keep it at the fat burn heart rate range consistently in order to maximize your workout efforts.
